Prevention

With an emphasis on environmental strategies FVCDC is the project applicant and fiscal agent for the Drug Free Communities Support Grant, awarded the STOP Underage Drinking in the Flathead Coalition and recipient of an Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws Grant from the Montana Board of Crime Control, which funds the multi-jurisdictional Alcohol Enforcement Team.

National Prevention Strategy

 Prevention should be woven into all aspects of our lives, including where and how we live, learn, work and play.  Everyone—businesses, educators, health care institutions, government, communities and every single American—has a role in creating a healthier nation.
