Working with community groups and organizations throughout Flathead, Lincoln and Sanders Counties, FVCDC has been engaged in community based prevention services for over twenty five years.
Prevention
With an emphasis on environmental strategies FVCDC is the project applicant and fiscal agent for the Drug Free Communities Support Grant, awarded the STOP Underage Drinking in the Flathead Coalition and recipient of an Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws Grant from the Montana Board of Crime Control, which funds the multi-jurisdictional Alcohol Enforcement Team.
